About Woodstock Software

Woodstock Software LLC is a software development company based in Phoenix, Arizona, founded by James — a software engineer and architect who builds things that work.

We do two things: build products and provide consulting. Our products span two families: AdaptiveTest, an AI-powered adaptive testing platform for K-12 education, and Dark Agent Factory, a suite of AI developer tools and intelligence products. Both are live in production today.

On the consulting side, we work with startups and enterprises on AI engineering, full-stack development, and system architecture. We're not an agency that subcontracts — James does the work directly.

Our approach is simple: use modern tools, write clean code, ship working software, and be honest about what we can and can't do. We care about the craft.
